My request for The Packaging Experts was very bespoke and I had found other organisations turned me away or required a very large order (I needed a small quantity of designs for gift boxes, but with a different design on each box). When Donna replied, she said it was no trouble at all, offering me a really competitive quote and explained everything that was needed to get the project delivered. Once we had received a sample we were happy to press ahead, and although I had issues with the images I produced not being the right resolution, Donna was extremely patient with me. Dan got in touch to assist and they both worked together to make sure we had everything we needed. The boxes came today and I’m delighted with the quality, and they were very safely packaged and delivered really quickly.
